We are fortunate at the practice to have the ability to place mini-implants that immediately stabilise loose dentures typically within the hour.
Mini implants utilise traditional implant techniques but adapted to allow loose upper or lower dentures to be secured onto small titanium implants-allowing confident eating drinking and talking within a few minutes!! An added bonus is thatthey are approx 1/2 the price of regular implant treatments–we can stabilise a lower denture with mini implants from just £2000 all in….

We are using a computer guided system more and more which allows us to place implants without cutting the gum, place the implants and fix the fixed teeth all in about 1 hour–this remarkable technique means that even stitches are not needed and time in the dental chair is reduced to an absolute minimum.

Do you have loose dentures which are constantly moving and causing you embarrassment? Do you have difficulty in chewing food because your dentures are so loose?

Here at the Coventry Centre for Advanced Dentistry we are able to solve these problems quickly.

In some cases all that is required is the manufacture of a new denture in the form of either a cosmetic flexible denture or a cosmetic metal denture. These cosmetic dentures are extremely well fitting and look very natural.

In other cases we can place dental implants and either replace the denture with fixed bridges or secure the existing loose dentures with special attachments onto the implants.

For loose lower dentures we can use mini implants to secure them and this can be carried out in as little as an hour!
